Qualifications

• F&I management experience required.
• Proven track record for performance and CSI.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Email, Excel, Word).
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree/experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer loan origination and approval process.
• Maintain relationships with lenders.
• Recruit, hire and develop Financial Services staff.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end reports.
• Determine financing needs and explore payment options.
• Present products and services to customers.
• Present warranties and insurance products offered.
• Maintain compliance and productivity in transactions.
