Responsibilities

• Guide customers through financing and leasing options with clear terms, rates, and payments.
• Evaluate credit applications, assess risk, and determine appropriate financing solutions.
• Stay updated on financing programs, incentives, and promotions from manufacturers and lenders.
• Ensure transactions comply with regulations and dealership policies, including proper documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Collaborate with sales team to enable a smooth transition from vehicle selection to financing.
• Meet or exceed finance penetration, product sales, and customer satisfaction goals.
