Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager in Westborough, MA to drive profitability, close deals, mentor staff, and deliver five-star customer experiences.

You will contract new business, secure lender approvals, and lead a team to maximize every transaction while ensuring compliance and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability: contract new business, sell F&I products, maximize every deal.
• Generate finance income across customers with confidence and skill.
• Verify and process paperwork for cash, finance, or loan transactions flawlessly.
• Contractor collect all funds at closing with precision.
• Secure approvals on financed/leased deals through lender relationships.
• Master lender programs, leases, and rate options to offer solutions.
• Lead extended warranty and protection product sales with energy and expertise.
• Handle service contract and GAP cancellations professionally.
