EasyCare Recruiting is seeking an Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager to join our team in Michigan. This hands-on leadership role focuses on compliance, product knowledge, and training new talent while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of F&I experience and can generate finance income, verify closing paperwork, and work with lenders to secure approvals. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

• Generate finance income on all sold customers.
• Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance or loan transactions.
• Contract or collect all money at closing.
• Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals.
• Maintain a working knowledge of leases.
• Assist in acquiring approval from lenders.
• Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders.
• Solicit extended warranty sales and handle cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, etc.
