DARCARS KIA of Frederick is seeking an automotive Finance Manager to lead the customer finance process in a high-volume dealership. You will present finance and warranty products, secure lender approvals, and collaborate with sales to structure profitable deals.

This role emphasizes compliance with lending guidelines, attention to detail, and maintaining CSI scores. Evening and Saturday availability is preferred, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of F&I Manager experience in a high-volume dealership.
• Strong knowledge of lending guidelines and compliance.
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer finance process, both in-person and through our digital retailing tools.
• Present and sell finance and warranty products with confidence and compliance.
