DARCARS of Rockville is seeking a high-performing Automotive Finance Manager to join our forward-thinking dealership group. This role offers the opportunity to maximize earnings in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

The position requires 2-3 years of F&I management experience in a high-volume setting, with a solid understanding of lending guidelines, compliance, and confident presentation of finance products. Evening and Saturday availability is expected.

What We're Looking For:

• 2-3 years of F&I Manager experience in a high-volume dealership

• Valid driver's license and clean record
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office
