Job summary

DARCARS Kia of Temple Hills is seeking an Automotive Finance Manager to lead the customer finance process, including in-person and digital retailing tools. You will present finance and warranty products with confidence, structure profitable deals with sales, and secure lender approvals ensuring timely title work.

This role requires 2–3 years in F&I management, deep knowledge of lending guidelines, and the ability to work evenings and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of F&I Manager experience in a high-volume dealership.
• Strong knowledge of lending guidelines and compliance.
• Excellent presentation of finance and warranty options.
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and clean record.
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer finance process in-person and through our digital retailing tools.
