Job summary

EasyCare Recruiting in Des Moines, IA is seeking an Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Director to lead our F&I team, ensure compliance, and deliver outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate has solid F&I experience, strong knowledge of lender programs, and the ability to train new staff while driving profitable finance and warranty product sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of F&I experience.

Responsibilities

• Contract newbusiness, sell F&I products and close deals
• Generate financeincome on all sold customers
• Check/verifypaperwork involved with cash, finance or loan transactions
• Contract or collectall money at closing
• Seek bank approval onfinanced and leased deals
• Maintain a workingknowledge of leases
• Assist in acquiringapproval from lenders
• Understand allprograms and rate options offered by our lenders
• Solicit extendedwarranty sales
• Handle allcancellations for extended service contracts, GAPpolicies, etc.
