Job summary

EasyCare Recruiting in Carrollton, TX is seeking an Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to lead the F&I team, ensure policy compliance, and train new talent. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with financing, leasing, and extending warranty products, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

You will contract new business, verify paperwork, obtain lender approvals, and stay current on programs and rate options offered by our lenders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of F&I experience.
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements.
• Ability to train and lead junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Contract new business, sell F&I products and close deals.
• Generate finance income on all sold customers.
• Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance or loan transactions.
• Contract or collect all money at closing.
• Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals.
• Maintain a working knowledge of leases.

• Understand all programs and rate options offered by lenders.
• Solicit extended warranty sales.
• Handle all cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, etc.
