Mercedes-Benz of Anchorage is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee F&I operations in Anchorage, AK. You will manage the finance office, structure deals with lenders, and deliver a compliant, guest-focused experience that reflects our luxury brand.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of F&I management at a franchised dealership, familiarity with MBFS programs, and solid regulatory knowledge. A desk-management or sales-management background is welcomed in our fast-paced store.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of F&I manager experience at a franchised dealership
• Mercedes-Benz or luxury brand F&I experience is a meaningful advantage
• Consistent menu compliance and strong product penetration
• Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services programs and regulatory requirements

Responsabilités

• Present and sell finance, lease, and protection products using a compliant menu process
• Structure deals with lenders to maximize approvals and options for guests
• Build and maintain lender relationships with MBFS programs and lenders
• Ensure full compliance with federal and state regulations on every deal
• Partner with sales management to ensure clean deal packages and fast funding
• Deliver a smooth finance office experience that matches the sales floor
• Maintain accurate deal documentation and records in the DMS
• Stay current on MBFS programs, products, and compliance requirements

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Present and sell finance, lease, and protection products using a consistent, compliant menu process -- every deal, every time
• Structure deals accurately and efficiently -- working with lenders to maximize approval rates and present options that genuinely serve each guest's financial situation
• Build and maintain productive lender relationships -- including Mercedes-Benz Financial Services programs, rate subvention structures, lease options, and supplemental luxury lenders
• Ensure full compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements -- Regulation Z, TILA, FCRA, and all applicable documentation and disclosure standards on every deal
• Partner with sales management to ensure clean, complete deal packages and fast funding timelines
• Deliver a finance office experience that closes the guest's purchase at the same standard the sales floor opened it
• Maintain accurate deal documentation and DMS records throughout every transaction
• Stay current on Mercedes-Benz Financial Services programs, product offerings, and compliance requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of F&I manager experience at a franchised dealership -- required. Experienced desk managers or sales managers with strong deal structure and finance product knowledge will be considered
• Mercedes-Benz or luxury brand F&I experience a meaningful advantage -- familiarity with MBFS programs, lease structures, and high-net-worth buyer profiles accelerates effectiveness from day one
• Consistent menu compliance and strong product penetration track record -- VSC, GAP, and protection product performance that reflects a disciplined, guest-first approach
• Working knowledge of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services -- rate subvention programs, lease structures, and MBFS tier criteria
• Deep knowledge of dealership compliance requirements -- Regulation Z, TILA, FCRA, and applicable state documentation standards
• Composed, credible communicator -- MB Anchorage guests expect a finance office that is transparent and professional
• Prior DMS experience preferred -- familiarity with platforms such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, DealerSocket, Tekion, or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
