Lithia & Driveway at L0808 Audi St. Paul is seeking an organized, customer-focused Sales & Finance Support teammate to help process deals, funding, vehicle deliveries and daily dealership operations, ensuring a smooth experience for customers.

The role requires 1+ year in a title clerk or dealership office, strong customer service, experience with online motor vehicle agencies, CDK DMS familiarity, excellent organization, and a valid driver's license; on-site role with competitive pay and

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in a title clerk, automotive dealership office, Sales/Finance support, or similar administrative role.
• 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience.
• Experience with online motor vehicle agencies
• Familiarity with CDK Dealer Management System
• Strong organization
• Customer-focused and a team-first attitude
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare deals and support Finance Managers with documentation.
• Assist with funding and CIT management.
• Scan, organize, and maintain deal paperwork.
• Coordinate Driveway communication and assisted customer deliveries.
• Support vehicle stocking and lot organization.
• Serve as a runner and assist with daily Sales and Finance needs.
• Partner with Sales and Finance Managers to keep deals moving efficiently.
