Audi St. Paul is seeking a Sales & Finance Support to help keep our Sales and Finance operations moving. You’ll support deal processing, funding, vehicle deliveries, and day-to-day dealership operations while helping create a smooth experience for our customers.

The role requires 1+ years in dealership admin, strong organization, and teamwork. Competitive hourly pay $20–$22 with a $15 bonus per Driveway delivery, plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities in a fast-paced automotive

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a title clerk, automotive dealership office, Sales/Finance support, or similar administrative role.
• 1+ years of customer service or administrative experience.
• Experience with online motor vehicle agencies.
• Familiarity with CDK Dealer Management System.
• Strong organization and a team-first attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare deals and support Finance Managers with documentation.
• Assist with funding and CIT management.
• Scan, organize, and maintain deal paperwork.
• Coordinate Driveway communication and assisted customer deliveries.
• Support vehicle stocking and lot organization.
• Serve as a runner and assist with daily Sales and Finance needs.
• Partner with Sales and Finance Managers to keep deals moving efficiently.
