Job summary

Subaru of America is seeking a Senior Training Manager to oversee localized technical training programs and the Area Training Center (ATC). You will develop technicians across tenure and skill levels, deliver high-quality sessions, and partner with dealers and Subaru-University to strengthen retailer education.

You will manage ATC operations, ensure policy compliance, and stay current on vehicle technologies and diagnostic practices while supporting facility and asset management.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and delivering automotive training programs.
• Ability to assess learner performance and provide feedback.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Delivers high-quality technical training for retailer technicians and internal staff.
• Assesses students and completes evaluations.
• Promotes Subaru training programs to dealers and field teams.
• Plans and manages ATC operations and administrative needs.
• Enforces ATC policies for consistent retailer experiences.
• Identifies and resolves ATC opportunities and feedback.
• Maintains up-to-date technical knowledge and ATC facilities.
