Qualifications

• Five years of experience as automotive mechanic/diagnostician with OBD2 knowledge.
• Ability to interview complainants and review records to gather facts.
• Experience analyzing invoices and work orders for compliance with Estimates.

Responsibilities

• Investigate consumer complaints and interview complainants.
• Evaluate respondent's version and inspect vehicles and components.
• Examine invoices and repair work for conformity with estimates and orders.
• Prepare narrative case reports and testify at hearings when required.
• Conduct field inspections and program audits to ensure compliance.
