Fremont Motor Companies is seeking an experienced F&I Manager in Sheridan, WY to protect the deal, the customer, and the dealership while delivering a smooth, professional, and profitable buying experience.

You will guide customers through financing options, present protection products, structure profitable deals, and ensure compliance with all regulations. Strong negotiation, communication, and title-law knowledge are essential.

Formación

• This role isn’t entry-level — we’re looking for a pro.
• Previous experience as an Automotive F&I Manager is required.
• Strong knowledge of dealership finance & insurance processes.
• Proven ability to structure profitable deals.
• High-level negotiation and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of title laws and registration processes.
• Growth mindset and commitment to improvement.
• Professional appearance and top-tier communication skills.
• College degree preferred (or equivalent real-world experience).

Responsabilidades

• Guide customers through financing options with confidence and clarity.

• Audit deals post-sale and look for ways to improve performance.
• Ensure contracts are funded quickly and correctly.
• Maintain required certifications and stay sharp on industry changes.
