Vaden Automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive F&I Manager to present financing options, drive profitability through aftermarket products, and deliver an exceptional customer experience—while ensuring compliance with lender regulations.

In this high-volume, customer-focused environment you will present tailored financing, sell protection plans, coordinate loans and titles, and build strong lender relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive F&I management experience.
• Strong knowledge of leasing structures, lender programs, and special finance.
• Expertise in state title, registration, and tax requirements.
• Exceptional customer service, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• High ethical standards and a commitment to compliance.

Responsibilities

• Present tailored financing options to customers with clarity and confidence.
• Sell value-added products and protection plans to enhance the ownership experience.
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of all documentation: loans, taxes, titles, and registration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to offer competitive terms.
• Deliver a seamless, transparent, and customer-first experience.
• Help drive repeat and referral business through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Maintain strong CSI scores and exceed performance benchmarks.
• Remain compliant with all applicable laws and dealership policies.
