Job summary

APCO Holdings LLC in Annapolis, MD is seeking a District Manager to support and grow relationships with automotive dealership partners within an assigned territory. You will act as a consultative partner—helping dealerships improve F&I performance, increase product penetration, strengthen processes, and drive long-term business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive finance management, sales management, or dealership operations.
• Experience in automotive F&I, vendor services, training, or related environments.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage a territory independently and travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager for dealership partners within territory.
• Build relationships with dealership leadership, finance managers, and sales teams.
• Develop retention and growth strategies to increase wallet share and overall performance.
• Deliver consultative guidance on F&I processes, sales performance, and dealership operations.
• Conduct in-dealership training and coaching with finance and sales teams.
• Present recommendations and business strategies to dealership executives and owners.
• Maintain activity tracking and reporting within HubSpot.
• Ensure compliance with dealership, industry, and regulatory requirements.
