Job summary

Magna Exteriors is seeking a seasoned engineer to lead exterior decorative trim programs from design through production readiness. You will collaborate with OEM and internal teams to define requirements, establish milestones, and ensure quality parts are manufactured on schedule.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least five years of automotive exterior trim design/engineering experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in design or engineering of automotive exterior decorative trim.

Responsibilities

• Develop program execution plans under APQP guidelines.
• Define customer needs and milestones from design to production readiness.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure launch readiness and on-time delivery.
• Manage program costs and prepare RFQ packages for suppliers.
• Maintain program documentation and PPAP folders per IATF-16949.
