Job summary

Stellantis is seeking an Automotive Cooling System Design and Release Engineer in Michigan to lead design, validation, and release of cooling components for electrified and gas vehicles. You will own DVP&R and DFMEA, supervise supplier relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet performance, safety, and quality targets.

You will apply CATIA V5, NX, Vis Mockup, and TeamCenter to create robust designs, manage timing milestones, and integrate cooling solutions into the vehicle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in automotive engineering focused on cooling systems for electrified vehicles.
• Experience leading development, validation, and release of cooling components.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet performance, safety and quality targets.
• Manages DVP&R and DFMEA documents for cooling components.
• Drives program timing milestones and resource coordination.
• Uses CATIA V5, NX, Vis Mockup, TeamCenter for design and visualization.
• Leads supplier relationship management to ensure delivery of quality components.
• Coordinates with manufacturing, testing and quality teams for integration.
• Experience with Vis Mockup and TeamCenter for collaborative design.
