Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician in Wenatchee, WA to install, service, and troubleshoot alcohol monitoring and vehicle electronic devices on-site. You will train customers, provide phone support, and handle scheduling duties while maintaining a safe workspace.

The role requires hands-on electrical and automotive work, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients and management. A valid driver's license is often required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Training is provided to ensure your success and growth.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and remove alcohol monitoring and vehicle electronic devices.
• Provide phone support and customer training to ensure satisfaction.
• Make daily or weekly reminder calls to customers with upcoming appointments.
• Maintain a clean, organized and hazard-free work environment.
• Perform inventory audits and support regional operations.
