Job summary

Magna International Inc. – Magna Structures Tennessee LLC is seeking an HSE Specialist to lead health, safety, and environmental programs in our Tennessee facility.

The role focuses on OSHA compliance, record keeping, training, and continuous safety improvement across operations. You will drive safety initiatives, participate in audits, and support ISO certification efforts while collaborating with leadership to reduce risk and injuries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety or related field; or equivalent in years of experience and education.
• 2–4 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• CSP or similar safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Health & Safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Maintain records including workers' comp and audits.
• Deliver safety training and CAPA improvements.
• Conduct plantwide safety assessments and incident investigations.
• Coordinate ISO certification activities as required.
• Support safety committee meetings and internal audits.
