Qualifications

• Certification or higher degree in the corresponding program.
• On-site program head with required credentials for each program area.
• Meets state and accreditor requirements to qualify as an instructor.
• 1 year of management experience and ability to travel to extern sites.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a conducive learning environment for students and faculty.
• Identify, hire and train qualified faculty.
• Monitor and promote the integration of learning philosophy in daily instruction.
• Lead faculty development efforts, including orientation and ongoing training.
• Provide timely mentoring, observations, coaching, and feedback.
• Maintain course schedules and assign faculty workloads per policies.
• Ensure equipment, training aides, and materials support curriculum and objectives.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with accreditation standards.
• Coordinate relationships with extern/clinical sites.
• Advise students on academic performance and progression.
• Evaluate program outcomes and implement improvements.
• Maintain curriculum per standards.
