Qualifications

• Certification or higher degree in the corresponding program from an accredited institution
• At least 5 years industry experience within the last 10 years
• Program head on-site with requisite qualifications for academic/occupational program

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a conducive learning environment for students and faculty
• Identify, hire and train qualified faculty
• Monitor and promote integration of Ancora Education learning philosophy
• Lead faculty development including orientation and ongoing training
• Provide timely faculty mentoring, observations, coaching, and feedback
• Maintain course schedules and faculty workloads per policies
• Ensure equipment and materials to support curriculum and learning objectives
• Ensure program compliance with accreditation standards
• Coordinate external clinical/extern experiences for students
• Advise students on academic performance and progression
• Evaluate program outcomes and implement improvements
• Maintain curriculum in line with standards and accreditor requirements
• Other duties as assigned
