Qualifications

• Certification or higher degree in the corresponding program from an accredited institution.
• Program head on-site with the requisite qualifications for each position.
• At least 5 years industry experience within the last 10 years.
• Current licensure where appropriate.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Ability to teach adult learners.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication; collaboration with diverse groups.
• Willingness to drive/travel to extern/clinical/job sites.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a conducive learning environment for students and faculty.
• Identify, hire and train qualified faculty.
• Promote the Ancora Education Learning Philosophy and Core Classroom Principles.
• Lead faculty development through orientation and ongoing training.
• Provide mentoring, observations, coaching, and feedback.
• Maintain course schedules and assign faculty workloads.
• Ensure equipment and materials support the program curriculum.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with accreditation standards.
• Coordinate relationships with external clinical/extern sites.
• Advise students on academic performance and progression.
• Evaluate program outcomes and implement improvements.
• Maintain curriculum per standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
