The e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with hundreds of customers – online, over the phone, and in person – to guide their vehicle purchase in our no-haggle sales environment. Responding to leads promptly, answering questions, providing information, and helping guide customers from initial contact to an in-store experience while delivering exceptional service is key.

With your communication and listening skills, you'll help customers select their perfect vehicle, negotiate terms to meet their lifestyles, budgets, and expectations, and close deals. Our associates provide excellent customer experiences before and after purchase, fostering loyalty through follow-up and assisting in transitioning customers to the Service department for ongoing support.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive to meet and exceed sales goals
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational skills
• Willingness to follow up with customers
• Experience with technology and digital tools
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
