Kia Corp. is seeking a District Sales Manager to oversee the sales performance and profitability of Kia Dealers. You will ensure adherence to Kia policies, assist with dealer advertising and marketing, and support dealer personnel training to maximize sales and customer experience.

The role requires national travel, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to develop and execute action plans with dealers to achieve market share and profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of OEM/Automotive retail and wholesale experience.
• Business consulting experience.
• Parts and Service experience helpful.
• Understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and cost management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Retail and Wholesale objectives for dealers monthly and annually.
• Direct district sales activities per Kia standards and regional programs.
• Consult with dealers to improve profitability, performance and customer experience.
• Ensure dealers maintain Kia brand presence, showroom displays, and marketing materials.
• Lead dealer training on product knowledge, advertising and customer experience.
