Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as an Automotive Detailer. This position pays $17.50/hour and is located at 338 Lucas Dr., Detroit, MI 48242.

The role requires flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays (union work environment, 24/7 operation), apart from religious observations.

The Automotive Detailer is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing vehicles of all sizes, including trucks, vans, and cars, ensuring they are safe and clean for rental.

Immediate openings are available. Responsibilities include:

• Clean and sanitize vehicle interiors following Complete Clean Pledge standards
• Vacuum and prepare vehicle interiors
• Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including different vehicle sizes
• Inspect vehicle for damage, check fuel levels, warning lights, and vehicle settings; remove customer items and verify registration
• Check fluid levels, tire condition, and inspect for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicles
• Inspect vehicles for safety concerns and report issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, wearing proper PPE
• Assist customers when needed and may transport customers
• Maintain overall site cleanliness, including branch interiors and exteriors

Additional responsibilities include:

• Improving job performance through self-assessment and training
• Maintaining reliable attendance and punctuality
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications include:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions in the past 5 years
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship
• Able to work varying shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays (apart from religious observations)
• At least 2 years of consistent previous work history
