Ed Morse Automotive Group in Florida is seeking an Office Manager to join our growing team. You will handle multi-line phone, reconcile bank statements, process wires, and manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end close in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Ability to work in a high-paced atmosphere.
• Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) proficiency.
• CDK proficiency.
• Team oriented with the ability to work with others and also individually.
• Valid Driver's License with Clean driving record.
• Willing and able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Answering multi-line phone
• Bank Reconciliation
• Post various incoming and outgoing wires
• Factory Co-op submission
• Knowledge in posting retail, wholesale and fleet deals
• Knowledge in accounts payable, accounts receivable and warranty product submission/cancellation
• Review daily deposits for accuracy, recognize/determine 8300 filing requirements
• Floorplan and inventory reconciliation
• Assist with weekly payroll reconciliation
• Assist with schedule and accounts reconciliations
• Assist controller with month-end closing
• Data entry
• Assisting with accounting such as invoicing, AP, and AR
• Organizing Files
• Handle tax file runs to bank, post office etc.
• Additional tasks given by management

We are currently seeking an Office Manager to join our Ed Morse team.

Responsibilities

• Answering multi-line phone
• Bank Reconciliation
• Post various incoming anf outgoing wires
• Factory Co-op submission
• Knowledge in posting retail, wholesale and fleet deals
• Knowledge in accounts payable, accounts receivable and warranty product submission/cancellation
