LeadCar Monroe is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support daily financial operations, including processing accounts payable, reviewing records, and ensuring accurate postings. You will help reconcile vendor statements, prepare the 1099s, and assist with month-end close in a team-focused environment.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices and post payments in a timely manner.
• Maintain vendor records, reconcile statements, and assist with 1099 reporting.
• Prepare monthly AP checks and assist with month-end close activities.
• Manage AR statements, monitor balances, and report past-due accounts.
