Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Director, Automotive Technology Solutions Sales to lead overlay sales across automotive CX technology and digital services. You will partner with account executives and GTM teams to shape demand, influence strategy, and close complex technology-led opportunities.

You bring deep automotive and technology expertise to position CX offerings as strategic business enablers, drive adoption, expand tech penetration, and work with solution architects and delivery leaders to

Qualifications

6–8+ years in CX tech, digital, or services sales, preferably in a BPO.
Experience selling CX, digital experience, data & analytics, AI or engineering services.
Experience working with automotive enterprise clients.
Executive presence with storytelling and advisory skills.
Ability to operate in a matrixed environment across multiple pursuits.

Responsibilities

Overlay Sales Leadership across automotive customers.
Act as the technology sales overlay and identify white-space opportunities.
Support expansion through executive engagement, workshops, and roadmap discussions.
Sell technology products focused on CX transformation, digital platforms, data, AI, and engineering services.
Translate automotive challenges into value-based technology solutions tied to growth and customer experience.
Collaborate with solution architects, delivery leaders, and partner teams to enable pursuits.
