Job summary

Radco Truck Accessory Store is hiring an aftermarket vehicle installer to professionally install accessories and equipment on guests' vehicles, ensuring proper fitment, function, and safety.

You will work a 5-day schedule including Saturdays, with an extra $5.00/hr for Saturday hours. Training is available, and prior automotive experience is a plus but not required. Company offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with Guests to understand desires and explain procedures.
• Attention to safety guidelines and quality standards during installations.
• Willingness to learn and grow in automotive aftermarket installations.

Responsibilities

• Install accessories on Guest vehicles with quality workmanship.
• Work with lift/lowering kits, running boards, toppers, and related components.
• Explain installation procedures and demonstrate product features to Guests.
• Read and interpret installation manuals; troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure installations are precise and safe; perform quality checks.
• Traveling with vehicles to Guests and verifying product usage.
• Maintain safety compliance and proper tool usage during installations.
• Diagnose and resolve installation issues.
