Job summary

Radco Truck Accessory Store is seeking a professional Installer to mount aftermarket accessories on guest vehicles, ensuring proper fit, function and safety. You will work with a variety of products in a busy shop, communicating with guests to understand their desires and delivering high-quality workmanship.

This position offers a five-day workweek with Saturdays paid at a premium, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, life and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Prior automotive experience is a plus though is not required.

Responsibilities

• Install accessories on Guest’s vehicles ensuring quality and top-notch workmanship.
• Work with a variety of accessories including lift kits, running boards, toppers, lighting, and wiring.
• Communicate with and listen to Guests to understand their desires, provide recommendations, and explain installation procedures.
• Communicating updates with Guests as required during installation process.
• Reading and interpreting installation manuals, using tools and equipment, troubleshooting issues, and performing quality control checks.
• Bring vehicles to Guests and demonstrate how to use their new products and their features.
• Adhering to safety guidelines and regulations and ensuring all installations are performed correctly and safely.
• Diagnose and resolve installation issues.
• Ensure precise and professional installations.
