Job summary

Radco is hiring an Installer to professionally install aftermarket automotive accessories and ensure proper fitment, function, and safety. The role entails handling a range of products, reading manuals, and delivering high-quality workmanship for Guests.

The position offers training and growth opportunities with a starting pay of $17.00–$20.00 per hour, plus an additional $5.00 per hour for Saturday hours, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience with automotive installations is a plus but not required.
• Able to read and follow installation manuals.
• Willingness to learn automotive accessories and tools.

Responsibilities

• Install accessories on Guests' vehicles with quality workmanship.
• Work with a variety of accessories and equipment.
• Communicate updates to Guests during installation.
• Read installation manuals, use tools, troubleshoot issues, and perform quality checks.
• Demonstrate new product features to Guests.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure installations are safe and correct.
• Diagnose and resolve installation issues to maintain performance.
• Ensure precise and professional installations.
