Job summary
Radco Truck Accessory Store is hiring an automotive installation technician to professionally install aftermarket accessories on guests' vehicles. You will ensure proper fitment, function and safety while handling a range of products and communicating with guests about procedures and features.
We value training opportunities and a passion for the automotive industry. The role involves a 5-day workweek with Saturdays and Sundays off, and an extra $5/hr for Saturday hours.
Qualifications
- Prior automotive installation experience is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the automotive industry.
- Ability to work Saturdays and maintain quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Install accessories on guest vehicles ensuring quality and safety.
- Work with lift kits, running boards, toppers, lighting, wiring and more.
- Explain installation steps and recommended products to guests.
- Provide updates to guests during the installation process.
- Read manuals, troubleshoot issues and perform quality checks.
- Demonstrate product use to guests after installation.
- Follow safety guidelines and ensure installations are correct.
- Diagnose and resolve installation issues.
- Ensure precise and professional installations.
