Job summary

Radco, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Accessory Installer in Mandan, ND. You will professionally install aftermarket accessories on Guest vehicles, ensure proper fitment, function and safety, and demonstrate products after installation.

The role involves a 5-day workweek (Mon–Sat) with Sundays off, and an extra $5.00/hr for Saturday hours. We provide tools and comprehensive benefits and training opportunities to grow in the automotive industry.

Qualifications

Previous automotive installation experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to read installation manuals and follow procedures.
Commitment to safety guidelines and high workmanship standards.

Responsibilities

Install accessories on Guest vehicles with quality workmanship.
Work with accessories including lift kits, running boards, toppers, lighting, wiring, and more.
Communicate with Guests to understand needs and explain procedures.
Provide updates to Guests during installation.
Read manuals, troubleshoot issues, and perform quality checks.
Demonstrate product usage to Guests after installation.
Adhere to safety regulations and ensure safe installations.
Diagnose and resolve installation issues.
