Radco Truck Accessory Store in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Automotive Install Technician to professionally install aftermarket accessories on vehicles. You will ensure proper fitment, function, and safety while personalizing equipment for guests within our shop standards.

The role offers a 5-day week (4 weekdays plus Saturday) with Sundays off and an extra $5.00 per hour for Saturday hours. Prior automotive experience is a plus, and comprehensive training is provided to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Automotive installation experience preferred but not required.
• Willing to learn with outstanding training opportunities.
• Passionate about working in the Automotive industry.
• Ability to work a 5-day week including Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Install accessories on Guest vehicles ensuring quality workmanship.
• Work with lift kits, running boards, toppers, lighting, and wiring.
• Explain installation procedures and listen to Guests' needs.
• Provide updates to Guests during the installation.
• Read installation manuals and troubleshoot issues.
• Demonstrate product use to Guests after installation.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure safe installations.
• Diagnose and resolve installation issues.
• Ensure precise and professional results.
