Qualifications

• Previous auto industry, sales support, or call center experience is a plus.

We’re looking for an enthusiasticAutomotive Customer Service Representativeto be the friendly voice and connector for our customers. In this role, you’ll focus on assisting our sales department by engaging with potential buyers, answering questions about vehicles, and ensuring a smooth process from first contact to showroom visit. As well as working seamlessly with our service department to schedule appointments for in-shop maintenance, pick-up and delivery and mobile service!
