• Proven successful customer service experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with staff, vendors, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processes.
• Check customers in and out.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Providing safe shuttle service for guests.
• Treating guests with respect in line with Christian Brothers values.
• Assist shop with receiving, processing, parts and errands.
• Keep the facility clean and organized.
• Direct, coordinate, and participate in guest service activities.
• Present best solutions to repair vehicles clearly.
• Assist team in selling services with honesty and integrity.
• Maintain a positive team atmosphere and communicate professionally.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
