Earn $20/hour with monthly Quality Assurance bonuses after 90 days; schedules vary Mon-Fri 7am-5:30pm and Saturdays 7:30am-4pm, with Sundays closed, offering a team-first environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience in a high-volume inbound call center.
• Proficient with software and technology; dual-monitor setup preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between customers and dealership teams by phone and email.
• Assist customers with scheduling service appointments.
• Provide clear, professional communication to customers and coworkers.
• Document customer interactions and account information accurately while multitasking.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Chapman's standards.
