Mishimoto, a leading brand in performance cooling, is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join Team Mishi. You will assist enthusiasts via chat, phone, and email, troubleshoot parts issues, and guide product selections to enhance build outcomes.

In this role, you’ll stay informed about Mishimoto products and warranty processes, monitor forums, and help resolve shipping and order concerns while maintaining high customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

• Strong automotive knowledge and understanding of cooling systems.
• Excellent multitasking with multiple channels.
• Clear, professional communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Find solutions for customers and end with a clear resolution of what will be done to help.
• Answer inquiries and provide technical assistance via chat, phone or email.
• Support sales by listening to customers’ needs and suggesting appropriate products.
• Monitor forums and respond to enthusiasts online to represent Mishimoto.
• Assist Order Entry with website order verification and prevent fraud.
• Oversee shipping claims and process warranty claims.
