Automotive Elegance in Andover, MA is seeking a Client Experience Specialist to greet clients in a luxury setting, educate them on PPF, ceramic coating, and detailing services, and drive revenue through premium packages and upsells. No automotive experience is required; training will be provided. You will support the service team, manage CRM records, and help coordinate scheduling and invoicing in a premium
