Automotive Elegance seeks a skilled Detailer/Automotive Window Tint Installer to join our growing team. • Previous professional automotive window tinting and detailing experience required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Good communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Clean driving record required.
• Experience with multiple vehicle makes/models and film types is a plus.
• Willingness to continue learning through factory and hands-on training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicle window surfaces for installation and identify potential issues prior to tint application
• Safely remove and reinstall interior vehicle panels and trim as needed for proper installation
• Adequately plot, cut, and apply window film using industry-best practices
• Prep vehicles for PPF installation
• Perform thorough quality inspections to ensure a flawless finish and customer satisfaction
• Ensure all vehicles meet safety and roadworthy standards prior to delivery
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs for tinting materials and tools
• Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and manufacturer specifications
• Collaborate with team members and assist with additional shop duties as needed
