Job summary

EasyCare Recruiting in Salisbury, NC is seeking an outgoing Customer Service Representative to join our busy body shop. The CSR / Accounting Clerk answers inquiries by phone, email or in person and supports basic accounting tasks while ensuring excellent service.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, working with insurance providers, processing orders and payments, handling inquiries and complaints, recording interactions, and coordinating with internal departments.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Some accounting experience required.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Bodyshop or automotive knowledge preferred but not necessary.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
• Greet and assist customers and potential customers.
• Work with a variety of insurance providers.
• Answer phones, emails, and all inquiries.
• Handle payments and transactions.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
• Process orders, credits and requests.
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
• Record details of actions taken.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
• Follow up on customer interactions.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
