Job summary

Kia of Carmel is seeking a Customer Service/CSI Representative to support the service department by obtaining guest feedback from manufacturer surveys and following up to resolve issues and enhance service experiences.

Located at Napleton Kia of Carmel, the role requires 2+ years automotive dealership experience, CDK experience preferred, and strong communication skills. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of Automotive Dealership experience preferred.
• Excellent oral communication skills; ability to communicate customers' interests, needs and requests to management and sales personnel.

Responsibilities

• Download and create reports from manufacturer surveys.
• Review survey feedback with Manager.
• Follow up with guest on incomplete surveys to build survey response.
• Follow up with guest in partnership with Service Manager to address and resolve concerns.
