The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a CSI Coordinator to support the service department by collecting guest feedback from manufacturer surveys and driving follow-up actions to improve customer experience.

Located at River Oaks KIA, this role focuses on reporting, follow-up, and collaboration with service leadership to resolve issues and enhance top-tier service results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of Automotive Dealership experience.
• CDK experience preferred.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs and requests to management and sales.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Download and create reports from manufacturer surveys.
• Reviews Survey feedback with Manager.
• Follow up with guest on incomplete surveys to build survey response.
• Follow up with guest in partnership with Service Manager to address and resolve any concerns.
• Answer phone calls forthe Service Department.
• Assist with scheduling appointments in the Service Department.

Located at River Oaks KIA, the CSI Coordinator is responsible for assisting the service department to obtain guest feedback on manufacturer surveys and to follow up to help address and resolve opportunities and grow top-tier results and service experiences.
