Job summary

Napleton Hyundai of Hazelwood is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to help the service department obtain guest feedback on manufacturer surveys and to follow up to address opportunities, resolving issues and growing top-tier service experiences. This role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of automotive dealership experience, and excellent oral communication.

CDK experience is preferred. You will communicate customers' interests and requests to management and sales, and you must be

Qualifications

• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Automotive dealership experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate customers' interests and requests to management and sales.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Download and create reports from manufacturer surveys.
• Review Survey feedback with Manager.
• Follow up with guest on uncomplete surveys to build survey response.
• Follow up with guest in partnership with Service Manager to address and resolve any concerns.
