Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group in Downingtown, PA is seeking an experienced Automotive Controller to oversee all financial operations of the dealership. You will manage billing, GL, closing processes, and reporting to drive financial performance and compliance with GAAP and manufacturer requirements.

The ideal candidate has strong accounting leadership, is detail-oriented, and excel at cross-functional collaboration with management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership and team management in accounting.
• Experience with CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including billing, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and statements.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business objectives and provide insights to management.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff in daily tasks and professional development.
