The successful candidate will bring 5+ years in automotive retail accounting, strong leadership, and fluency in CDK software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a dealership or automotive retail environment.
• Automotive multi dealership experience is a must.
• Proficiency in CDK dealership management system, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations including payroll, banking, flooring, and general ledgers.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.
• Develop strategies to improve revenue and control expenses.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements according to timelines and standards.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer financial reporting requirements and internal controls.
• Supervise and develop accounting staff and collaborate with department managers to support goals.
• Serve as liaison with external auditors, financial institutions, and tax professionals.
