Job summary

Dickson City Hyundai in Scranton, PA is seeking an experienced Automotive Controller to oversee all financial and accounting functions for our high-volume dealership. The ideal candidate will bring extensive automotive accounting experience, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of DealerTrack DMS to drive accurate reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in automotive controller roles at high-volume dealerships.
• Strong knowledge of DealerTrack DMS and dealership financial systems.
• Deep understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and industry regulations.
• Proven leadership experience managing accounting teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, budgets, compliance, and internal controls.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Manage payroll, A/P, and A/R processes; ensure month-end and year-end closings.
