Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with full-cycle responsibilities.
• Experience as Controller, Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, or Senior Accountant.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting/ERP systems.
• Automotive dealership industry experience preferred; Tekion experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations and oversee month-end close activities.
• Clean up and strengthen existing financial processes, controls, and reporting accuracy.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management activities.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies; prepare management reports.
• Review and improve accounting procedures and internal controls; support audits.
